A professional live cigar rolling experience begins before the event. Cigar inventory must be prepared, counted and organized so guests are not waiting for every cigar to be rolled one at a time during a short service window.
Cigar Bella generally prepares the majority of event cigars before the event while a portion is rolled live for guests to watch. One professional roller may produce approximately 10 to 15 cigars per hour during the live demonstration depending on cigar format and the amount of guest interaction.
This allows the rolling process to remain a real demonstration of craftsmanship while still giving the host enough cigar inventory for a larger guest count.
The host or venue generally provides the agreed table or working surface. Cigar Bella brings the rolling tools, tobacco and event inventory associated with the booked package.
